It has been two weeks since the Election and the passage of California’s Proposition 8. Since the election there has been protest after protest to overturn the will of the voters.
The First Amendment gives people the right to peaceably assemble, but these protests have been getting out of hand.
Opponents of Prop 8, have turned to violence, and disorderly protests in streets across America to voice their opinion. The problem is, Police Departments in some areas have been told they cannot engage the protesters. Quite honestly, anyone involved in this type of protesting should be arrested on the spot. There is a way to protest, and this is not the way. Not to mention, this type of protesting is not winning anybody over for their “cause.”

I have observed for a very long time, that it’s illegal/unethical to bash any group… except Christians. Christian bashing has always been popular among those who don’t believe, or are in a dog fight with their conscience, when the real issue they are fighting is The Words of God, not those who believe in Him.
They will always ignore that fact though. And I find it interesting that the ones crying for tolerance are the very ones being violently intolerant!
